By placing an order through our website or through our official channels (Instagram or WhatsApp), you acknowledge that international shipping may incur additional charges beyond our control. These may include duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to estimate these costs in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

For orders delivered within Doha, you may return any undamaged item within 3 days of receiving the product—this applies to both weekdays and weekends. Items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories included, along with the original receipt or gift receipt. Once we receive the item, we’ll proceed with an exchange or refund via the original payment method.

Please note:

Returns are only accepted within the country of purchase.

International orders are not eligible for return.

Items not eligible for return:

a. International orders

b. Worn or used items, including those with perfume scents or visible signs of wear

c. Items with tags removed

d. Headscarves (Sheilahs)
